- 300g of mixed nuts (walnut, brazil and almond)
- 300g cup of fresh dates
- 50g cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons of cashew butter
- 2 tablespoons of mixed ground seeds (such as linwoods)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- pinch of sea salt
Process all of the nuts together in a food processor to a chunky size and then add the dates one by one while still processing. Add the other ingredients and then give a quick pulse to combine. Press the mixture into a lined baking tray and then cut into slices in the tray. Place in the freezer unti needed, they can be served from frozen.
